I graduated with Cum Laude honors from The King's College in New York City with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Culture, and Society & a minor in Business Management.
I am a Texas native, but I spent time living in NYC for college. Both of these diverse places helped me develop a passion for learning more about how culture influences environments and how people shape the world around them.
In 2020, I joined the Creator’s Institute and published a book with New Degree Press. “Beyond the Title: Women in Journalism and Media” highlights a big industry through the stories of people I met in college, who I interned for, and business owners.
My free time is spent reading, enjoying great coffee, watching sports, reading books, and catching up on my never-ending list of movies and shows to watch.
